2. Prices

All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT. In the shopping cart you see the total price including all taxes.

3.1 Payment

Payment is made at the selected payment at checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora and we offer card payment and invoice/partial payment. The amount is charged when the item has been sent.

3.2.1 Invoice and partial payment

In collaboration with Collector Bank, we offer a safe and simple invoice and partial payment solution. The service offers you a one-time credit as payment for your purchases. The one-time credit means that the credit is tied to the individual purchase and that you as a consumer have no further outstanding credit relationship with Collector Bank.

When choosing to pay with invoice, the due date is 14 days. An invoice is sent to the e-mail address you have provided or to your registered address depending on your choice of distribution method at the time of purchase. When choosing an invoice, you can choose to pay the entire amount immediately or alternatively log in to https://bill.collectorpayments.se/Login and apply for a partial payment agreement.

To be able to use the service, you must have a permanent and official Swedish residential address at the time of purchase and be at least 18 years old. The payment method is only available to private individuals and assumes that you have taken care of your financial obligations and have a good payment history.

A credit check is carried out in connection with the purchase. The credit assessment is performed by Collector Bank, and the information will not be stored at the online store where the purchase is made. Your personal information will only be used to decide whether or not to grant credit. In the event of late or non-payment, a reminder fee and default interest and any costs of debt collection will be added.

3.2.2 Questions related to your invoice or partial payment

3.2.3 Price

An invoice fee may be added to the invoice with 14 days due. For partial payment, a monthly fee of NOK 39 and an interest rate of 21% will be charged. Normally, partial payment is offered over 3, 6, 12 or 24 months specified according to the purchase price.

 4. Shipping

A shipping cost of 3-12 EUR will be added to orders depending on product and shipping address.

4.1 Delivery methods

We deliver the goods with Bring, PostNord, DHL, UPS depending on products and shipping address.

4.2 Deliveries


For orders placed before 12:00, the order day is considered the first working day.

For bookings made after 12.00, the following day is considered the first working day (with the exception of Friday).

Friday-Sunday + public holidays:

For bookings made on Friday after 12:00, Saturday, Sunday or on other public holidays, the following working day (which is not a public holiday) is considered the first working day.

When you as the buyer have ordered and paid for the item (s), it is our task as the seller to complete the order for shipping. When the item (s) are ready for transport, the package is sent from our premises to the nearest terminal. You as the buyer are responsible for the package when it has reached your delivery address / nearest “Post office”. Should an unforeseen event occur such as the package not being delivered or being damaged, you contact us via “contact” on the website, and we will do what we can to help you. Please enter the order number under “your message”.

Normal delivery time: 2-15 working days depending on shipping address and shipping option.

4.3 Damaged goods and right of complaint

When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the item. Should the item be damaged or broken, you can contact us via email: info@zpikes.com for further instructions.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. We have extended this period to 30 days.  The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item can be returned in the original packaging and is essentially unchanged. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it must not be used beyond that. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping yourself

If you exercise your right to cancel the purchase, we will refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible, or within 30 days from the date we received the goods.

8. Cookies

A cookie is a text file that is sent from a website to the computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store the login or shopping cart while browsing various websites. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place any orders on our website. You can easily change this in your browser settings. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.

9.1 Force majeure

Special circumstances that are not under human control such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious infection that prevents the parties from fulfilling their obligations can release a party from the obligations. Such an exception applies provided that the operation cannot be performed under these conditions. The other party shall be notified immediately of the circumstances of use of this provision

9.2 Change of contract

After you as a customer have made a purchase, we have no right to change the terms of the relevant purchase unless otherwise agreed.

9.4 Disputes and laws

Swedish law shall apply to all purchases made under these terms. Disputes about purchases under these terms shall be dealt with exclusively by a Swedish court

10. Money back guarantee


*The money back guarantee applies..:

  • Only to ZpikesTape
  • For customers who have not previously purchased ZpikesTape
  • Only on one box
  • Even if the customer buys more than one box, only one box is the basis for a refund (the shipping amount is non-refundable)

The claim must be sent to info@zpikes.com no later than four weeks after the purchase date.

How do I use my 100% satisfaction guarantee?

Buy at zpikes.no:

Send an email with the following information to «info@zpikes.com»:

  • Order ID
  • Grounds for complaint

The money will be transferred to the account from which the purchase was made.

When using an invoice, the invoice must be paid on due date, before the money is refunded

The shipping amount is non-refundable.

11. 30 days open purchase


We have extended the open purchase period from 14 to 30 days on all items purchased on zpikes.no. If you regret the purchase or are dissatisfied with the item, you will be refunded the entire purchase price, minus current shipping.


The case must be reported to Zpikes AB no later than 30 days from the date of purchase by sending an email with information to info@zpikes.com

(The following information must be in the email: Full name, order number and explanation of the case. If we ask for a receipt for purchase, it must be possible to present it).

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you bought the item.
  • The packaging and seal must be unbroken.
  • If the item is damaged, the money will not be refunded. The customer will then be notified of the case and we will agree on a solution together.
  • The customer must pay return shipping and assume all risk associated with the shipment. The item can possibly be delivered to Zpikes AS’s address by agreement.
  • Cancellation form is printed out and attached to the shipment.
  • The money is refunded after the goods have arrived at Zpikes AS, has been examined and assessed flawlessly. The money is expected to arrive in approximately 5-7 business days.

Some products may be available for pre-sale on zpikes.com. When pre-purchasing a product, all the mentioned terms and conditions will be relevant.

Estimated delivery date

When you make a pre-purchase, you will always get an estimated delivery date. We cannot guarantee estimated delivery on our pre-sales, as this depends on our suppliers. In any case, we will do our very best to comply with the estimate.
