What kind of information do we collect?
We receive, collect and store all information you provide on our website, or give us. Our company hosts on the wordpress platform. WordPress.com gives us the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data can be stored via WordPress.com’s data storage, databases and the general WordPress.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment is offered by bambora and used by our company. The payment methods comply with the standards set by the PCI-DSS managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure secure handling of credit card information by the store and service providers.
How do we communicate with visitors to your site?
We at Zpikes AB want to contact you to be able to notify you about your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve any dispute, to collect fees or money owed, to reconcile your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce the user agreement, applicable national laws and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you by email, telephone, text messages and mail.
It is important to note that Zpikes AB uses the third-party service, Google Analytics and Facebook, to be able to generate detailed statistics about you as a visitor to our website. We use Google Analytics and Facebook to market our products to you that you have previously shown interest in. How can you as a visitor to the site withdraw your consent? Newsletter and registration forms
By subscribing to our newsletters, we will be able to send you important e-mails about the use of the products, good offers, news, competitions and other exciting content. We will also be able to send SMS in connection with news, promotions etc. Aggressive marketing is not our style! You can expect to receive an average of 2-4 emails each month (excluding emails related to your orders) and SMSs will only be sent out in connection with large campaigns. If you want to cancel the marketing, you can easily do this by following the steps in the email and on the SMS you have received.
